No refund for change of mind
We will accommodate change of size returns whenever we can , please email us if you need to exchange.
Returns for refunds are accepted if the item is damaged or faulty - we can also accommodate a replacement in some cases. If there is a problem with your order please email us at email@example.com
We'll pay the return shipping costs ONLY IF the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We do not cover return postage costs for change of size or any other reason.
CHANGE OF SIZE
If you need to exchange your size any postage costs associated with the exchange are your responsibility. In some cases this can include sending the returned item and shipping the new size to you the new size to you
You will need to contact us to arrange the change of size
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchange returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
Once you have arranged the return with us it needs to be returned via shipment within 7 days - returns won't be accepted outside of this time frame
If you contact us and arrange an exchange, and then don't ship the item back to us within 7 days the exchange is void and any items sent will be returned to you
If Australia post has delays or problems with delivery we will allow for this
WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON COSMETICS - MAKEUP BRUSHES - FRAGRANCE or any other form of beauty product.
If you have contacted us and are eligible for a refund you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

SALE ITEMS - If you purchase sale items please read the product listing carefully. Some sale items are reduced to clear the product or because of a special offer.
- Other times they may be reduced because of some kind of fault or flaw in the product. If there is a flaw we will always state it in the details of the product and we are not responsible for people purchasing without reading
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However it is up to you to know your countries customs policies as this is your responsibility not ours.

States such as WA may need longer shipping times of up to 10-15 days
International - USA and other countries can be 2-3 weeks
Pleas allow an extra 1-2 weeks for some international locations.

WE CANNOT SHIP FRAGRANCE OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA - THIS IS DUE TO SHIPPING LIMITATIONS ENFORCED BY AUSTRALIA POST - At this time there is no way for us to ship it internationally.
